Facilities Advisory Committee 

President's Advisory Council (PAC) Approved Goals for 2023-2024   

  • Goal 1: Communicate to the campus community by maintaining an up-to-date website. 
  • Goal 2: Review, prioritize, monitor, provide feedback, and report out on facilities projects to ensure ongoing communication and transparency with the campus. 
  • Goal 3: Review, update, and revise Administrative Procedure (AP) 6610 "Facilities Project Prioritization". 
  • Goal 4: Review monthly Sustainability Report and make project recommendations that reflect the Climate Action Plan (CAP) goals. 
  • Goal 5: Review and update campus design guidelines and standards that reflect DEISA+ priorities quarterly, including space standards for offices and classrooms. 
  • Goal 6: Evaluate and make recommendations on projects monthly proposed as a part of the Educational and Facilities Master Plan (EFMP) update. 
  • Goal 7: Align our work with CCCCO Vision 2030 Goals and report progress.
