- What is my CCC Apply Username?

- Do I need to take the Assessment Questionnaire (AQ)?
  
  Here is a list of current courses that need to take the Assessment Questionnaire (AQ). Please keep in mind that the list is frequently changing based on the courses that are offered at your high school. We strive to keep this page updated but in the event that you have a question regarding a specific CRN please email us DualEnrollment@mtsac.edu

- Do I need to claim my Mt. SAC account every term?
  Mt. SAC students will only need to claim their account once while at Mt. SAC.
- Do I have to complete a CCCApply app every term?
  Yes, currently students need to apply for each term they want to be part of the Dual Enrollment program. Although once the account is created information will pre-populate after the first time the app is completed. Submitting an application for each term is required.

- How do I meet with a Mt. SAC Dual Enrollment counselor?
  
  Meet us online via Zoom.
  
  A Dual Enrollment counselor can assist you with question(s) regarding any Dual Enrollment course or general Mt. SAC questions.
- What happens after I complete steps 1-7?
  
  After you completed steps 1-7 you will then wait for an email (to your personal email address) from the Dual Enrollment team informing you when registration will open and how to register.
