ACES (Achieving in College, Ensuring Success) is a TRiO Student Support Services Program that was established by Congress to help students overcome class, social, academic, and cultural barriers to higher education.
The ACES Program is funded by a $213,180 per year grant from the U.S. Department of Education. ACES is designed to assist students who are low-income and/or the first in their family to attend college and/or disabled to obtain an Associates degree and transfer from Mt. San Antonio College to a four-year institution.
ACES services focus on a holistic approach to student development and student success. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their educational goals and ultimately obtain a bachelor’s degree.
