Lisa Amos,
Faculty Coordinator
Lisa Amos, is Mt SAC's very own CPFFE,Certified Personal Family Financial Educator. She teaches Personal Finance - FCS 80, Life Management - FCS 41, and Consumerism - FCS 51 within the Family and Consumer Studies Program in the CSDT Department. She joined the college in 2002 and has been full-time for the last 15 years. The MMMC has been a dream of hers since she began working full-time in 2006. In that time Lisa earned her AFC® (Accredited Financial Counselor) through AFCPE with the express goal of providing supportive one-on-one financial counseling sessions with students, staff, and faculty. -
Patience Kleine,
MMMC Student Ambassador
Patience Kleine is a graduate of Mt. Sac. with honor degrees in Psychology, Interpreting, Social & Behavioral Science, World Language/Global studies, and Communication. She has taken FCS 41, 80, and 91 is currently in process of completing her last class in the Family Consumer Science Division. Patience is passionate about helping others to gain access and understanding of the tools that can help. As a re-entry student, she is very familiar with the financial issues that college students of all ages face. She has been with the MMMC from the beginning working side-by-side is Lisa and the MMMC Staff. -
Barbara Redick,
MMMC Ambassador
Barbara is a native of Southern California and a returning student with plans to transfer to CSULB to complete her bachelor’s degree. As a small business owner, that deals with financial education for families and is so excited to be a part of the Mountie Money Management Center. Barbara feels that early Financial Literacy education is a great way to help students understand the basic concepts about money and help them become more productive students. Barbara leads our Social Media efforts and outreach where students can connect with the information they need to help them build a healthy financial future.
