    POD Connect Sign in Required.

Self-Paced, A-Synchronous. This curriculum of professional development learning modules focuses on cultural competency and implicit bias. They are meant to serve as a resources to engage in meaningful conversation and gain a deeper understanding around structural racism and institutional biases that exist and create challenges for our historically marginalized communities.

Recognizing that the racial diversity of our students is one of our system’s strongest assets, these learning modules are intended to support California community college employees in obtaining the knowledge needed to lead local DEI efforts, take personal and institutional responsibility for the success of students and help to retain diverse faculty and staff.
