Identification of the Individual Developmental Needs of Children
Students completing the Certificate: Child Development - Early Intervention and Inclusion - T0458 will articulate abilities of each child as they identify the developmental needs of all children . They will observe, document, and reflect on young children’s play and interactions in a natural environment to identify the individual developmental needs of the children.
Indentification of key features of legislation.
Students completing the Certificate: Child Development - Early Intervention and Inclusion - T0458 will distinguish and identify key features of legislation related to serving families with children with disabilities and other special needs.
Meeting the Individual Developmental Needs of Children
Students completing the Certificate: Child Development - Early Intervention and Inclusion - T0458 will identify the developmental needs of all children and identify the articulate abilities of each child and the practices that support each of them. They will observe, document, and reflect on young children’s play and interactions in a natural environment to plan curriculum for individual care and learning.
