Mr. Martin has 35 years experience working with personal computers and network systems.  His background covers what's called the "full stack:" hardware, software, configuration, connectivity, telephony, troubleshooting, training, documentation, databases, and software development.  He has worked as a self-employed consultant supporting a wide variety of small businesses, both for-profit and non-profit.  He has also worked for medium-sized corporations, again both for-profit and non-profit.
