Born and raised in Southern California, I teaches general Astronomy courses for the Earth Sciences & Astronomy Department here. In addition, I am a particle physicist collaborating at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility and at the Brookhaven National Laboratory. I am also a museum guide at Griffith Observatory and am heavily connected to the local astronomical and physics communities (LAAS, APS, etc.).
