Doris Torres has over 20+ years of experience in accounting and administrative fields. Doris joined the Research and Institutional Effectiveness department as a permanent employee in 2018 after working a variety of temporary positions over a period of 3 years at Mt. SAC. She was fortunate to work in the Fiscal and Administrative Services departments at Mt. SAC, quickly learning all she could about campus operations. The knowledge she gained brought her to the Research and Institutional Effectiveness department where she was hired as their Administrative Specialist III. Doris enjoys assisting Barbara McNeice-Stallard and the Research team in the department projects and activities. Doris offers encouragement to Mt. SAC students as they strive to achieve their goals in education. She has participated in various leadership seminars and professional development events both on and off campus.
Along with the knowledge gained at Mt. SAC, Doris has developed important relationships with her coworkers in the Research and Institutional Effectiveness department and across campus community. As part of the Mt. SAC family, Doris looks forward to facing the challenges ahead with much success.
