May 19, 2025 - 09:12 AM
Hi Students,
There are available slots in this upcoming course that I will be teaching for Summer
2025 (6 Weeks Online Course) - SOC 2: Contemporary Social Problems (CRN 10474). This
class starts on June 23 and ends on August 3.
This is a 6 week class that requires NO in-person meetings either virtually or on
campus. Instead, students have the flexibility to work independently on weekly assignments,
as well as having the opportunity to learn and engage with one another through discussion
boards and on a shared collaborative activity page.
In this course, you will gain an array (and robust amount) of knowledge on interesting
topics that will enhance your understanding on the sociological elements applicable
to understanding social problems in today's society. Assignments will focus on the
analysis of social values, social organization, role, status and stress.
If you are interested in taking this course, please enroll through the registration portal using SOC 2 CRN 10474 to secure your learning spot. If you have already taken this course, I ask if you can please share this registration information with other students who may be interested in taking this course.
Much appreciated for spreading this information AND I look forward to seeing you in
this class or in my class/es in the near future.
