EOPS/CARE and NextUp/REACH is now accepting applications for Fall 2024!

Greetings Mt. SAC Scholars,
The EOPS (Extended Opportunity Programs and Service) at Mt. SAC is pleased to announce that we are currently accepting online applications for Fall 2024. EOPS is designed to help historically economically disadvantaged students in community colleges throughout California achieve their goals.
Services EOPS provides:
- Priority Registration
- $450 EOPS Grant (every major term)
- $300 Book Service (every major term)
- Counseling
- Academic Support
- Cap & Gown
- Application Fee Waivers
- Peer Mentorship
It takes less than five minutes to apply!
EOPS Eligibility Requirements:
- Be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units for the Fall 2024 semester. If you are a current or former foster youth you do not need to enroll in 12 units.
- Have earned less than 40-degree applicable units (includes coursework from other colleges or universities)
- 2.0 Cumulative G.P.A.
- Qualify for the 2022-2023 California College Promise Grant– formerly known as the BOG Fee Waiver (Method A, B, or C with $0 EFC or SIA from -$1,500 to $0).
