Catherine Mckee


Catherine McKee joined Mt. San Antonio College as a full-time professor in business law and paralegal studies in August of 1995. She teaches or has taught Business Law, Introduction to Paralegal, Legal Analysis and Writing, Advanced Legal Analysis and Writing, Tort Law, and Employment and Ethical Issues. She previously taught at Mt. SAC as an adjunct professor and has also served as the coordinator of the paralegal program, coordinator of the paralegal internship program, and coach of the mock trial team.  In her private practice Ms. McKee mainly practiced tort law, focusing on construction defect litigation.  She is admitted to practice in California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences, from the University of California, Berkeley. Ms. McKee is currently serving as secretary of the Eastern Bar Association of Los Angeles County and board member of the San Gabriel Valley Lawyer Referral Service.
