Abby Wood

Abby Wood joined Mt. San Antonio College as a full-time professor in business law and paralegal studies in August of 2014.  She currently teaches Business Law, Advanced Business Law, and Contracts.  She previously taught at Mt. SAC as an adjunct professor.  Ms. Wood has been in private practice since 2000 and is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, and Texas, as well as the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Wake Forest University. Ms. Wood is currently serving as president of the Eastern Bar Association of Los Angeles County and Treasurer of the San Gabriel Valley Lawyer Referral Service. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and a member of the Mt. San Antonio College Paralegal Advisory Committee.
