Appreciation Lunch for Mt. SAC Sunrise and Graveyard Teams

On April 8, the VOICES Committee recognized grounds, maintenance, skilled craft, warehouse, and custodial staff, with a special luncheon to thank them for the unique and vital roles they play in the day-to-day functions of the campus. Voices delivered food at 9 a.m. for the early morning shift and 6 p.m. for those that work the graveyard shift.

"The VOICES Committee wanted to take this opportunity to thank our employees from these teams for their exceptional dedication, especially over the last two years," said VOICES Chair, Melissa Cone. "When the campus was closed during the pandemic, they never left. When we returned to campus they ensured that our offices, classrooms, and supplies were ready for us."
