Bio:
Dr. Eric Lara is the Associate Dean, Student Success and Equity at Mt. San Antonio College. In his current role, Dr. Lara oversees three equity programs: ARISE (Asian American and Pacific Islander Students), DREAM (Undocumented Students) and REACH (Current and Former Foster Youth), is the Co-Chair for the Student Equity Committee, and the Co-Lead for the Monthly Mentor Meetings.

Why do you like participating in the Mountie Mentor Program?
Being able to get to interact with the students is what makes MMM so special! Knowing that our mentor meetings bring together the entire campus community, from faculty, staff, board members, administrators, and students, it's a beautiful collaboration to see!

When the front door is closed, jump in through the side window!
