The Natural Sciences Division is composed of nine departments/programs and offers degree, certificate and transfer programs in agricultural sciences, astronomy, biological sciences, chemistry, computer science, earth sciences, engineering, mathematics, and physics. Earth Sciences and Astronomy Programs
The Mt. SAC Earth Sciences and Astronomy Department is among the largest in the California Community College system, offering a full range of exciting courses for transfer credit and for general interest. Our modern facilities include a state-of-the-art planetarium, well-equipped laboratories, and evening sky observing opportunities . Mt.
