The Inreach Services team supports current continuing students and prospective students to stay informed, to start Mt. SAC on the right foot, and stay on track towards graduation.
Communication Campaigns to Current Students
Email and phone call campaigns, and printed campus posters are essential in keeping students informed on campus deadlines, services, and opportunities.
Guided support
Mountie Fast Track Info Sessions, Small Group Campus Tours, Information Counter assistance, and Live Chatbot communications are just some of the ways that support students through their college journey.
Pop-Up Info Booths
Students can find us at the campus welcome booths during the first week of the Fall and Spring semesters for directional support. They can also stop by the Navigate pop up booths during the second and third week to learn more about using Navigate.
Referrals
We strive to provide referrals to various campus resources and opportunities that support student's college retention and success.
