Illustration Education At Mt. SAC
The Illustration program focuses on communicating a narrative in a singular image. With an emphasis on drawing from observation as well as pushing individual style and imagination, the program prepares students for a variety of fields in the entertainment arts including editorial illustration, concept design, and print publication to name a few.
Students learn to express ideas through traditional and digital methods using state of the art technology and contemporary techniques. In addition to learning vital practical skills, students acquire valuable information on the business of illustration, preparing them for a successful career.
