Purpose
ASAG provides an ongoing, scheduled venue for bi-directional communication between IT and constituent groups on various IT projects and production changes. Specifically, it addresses technical and compliance issues concerning IT projects and operations. IT provide updates on current projects and addresses any cross unit implications that may arise.
Function
- Gather, investigate, and disseminate information between IT and constituent groups on enterprise application system projects, upgrades, and changes.
- Work closesly with all campus constituencies on problem solving of technical and compliance matters.
- To advise and recommend to IT future enterprise system changes or enchancements to comply with mandated requirements.
