What motivated you to go to college? I was motivated to go to college for several reason such as for networking, exploring career opportunities, education and knowledge growth and development.

Describe your college experience as first-generation. My college experience as a first-generation student was amazing. I was so blessed and grateful to receive endless support from students support services programs available to student on campus. Without those services, I wouldn't be where I am today.

What unique challenges did you face? Unique challenges I faced as a first-generation college student would be having a limited support system.

How did you overcome those challenges? I overcame those challenges by taking advantage of the amazing student support services we have on campus that helped me choose a career and goal.

What did you advise other first-generation students? My advice to first-gen student would be to go out there and discover as much as you can to get to where you want to be.
