2026 Mt. San Antonio College Facility Rental Fee Schedule
Fees for facilities not listed, multi-day rentals, and multi-facility rentals are
calculated on a case by case basis.
Fees listed are subject to change. Actual facility rental fees will be listed on the
Facility Use Agreement for each rental.
Fees include required staffing for standard events in the designated facility. Additional
staffing and/or resources that incur additional costs may be required based upon facility
usage. Fees include use of standard audio/visual equipment installed in the facility.
The fees listed for locations/events with an asterisk (*) are based on historical
data. Fees for these locations/events are calculated based on each individual rental.

The Civic Center rental fee complies with California Education Code Section 82537. This fee is offered to entities organized for cultural activities and general character building or welfare purposes.
