• • What is 25Live?
    25Live is Mt. SAC's online event request and master calendaring system.  Anyone with a Mt. SAC portal login can access 25Live and see events happening on campus.
  • I can login to 25Live but why can't I create an event?
    Event creation/submission is reserved for employees of the College.  If you are a newly hired employee and are unable to create an event, contact the Event Services office at extension 4797.
  • I am creating an event but 25Live will not allow me to choose the date that I want.
    Events cannot be submitted online if they are within the next 5 calendar days or if your event is more than 365 days in the future.  Contact the Event Services office at extension 4797 for assistance in these cases.
  • I submitted my event request but it doesn't show the location or resources I requested.
    Upon submission of an event or a date and/or time change, your locations and resources are routed for assignment.  Prior to assignment, locations and resources will not display on your event nor will your event show on the calendar for the location or resource.  The Event Services team strives to assign locations and resources within 48 hours.
