25Live is Mt. SAC's online event request and master calendaring system. Anyone with
a Mt. SAC portal login can access 25Live and see events happening on campus.
Event creation/submission is reserved for employees of the College. If you are a
newly hired employee and are unable to create an event, contact the Event Services
office at extension 4797.
Events cannot be submitted online if they are within the next 5 calendar days or if
your event is more than 365 days in the future. Contact the Event Services office
at extension 4797 for assistance in these cases.
Upon submission of an event or a date and/or time change, your locations and resources
are routed for assignment. Prior to assignment, locations and resources will not
display on your event nor will your event show on the calendar for the location or
resource. The Event Services team strives to assign locations and resources within
48 hours.
