Meeting Agendas, Minutes, and Board Briefs
Board agendas are available for public viewing one week prior to the meeting date, and minutes are available one week after being approved at the next regular meeting. For example, the minutes for January's meeting are approved at the February meeting and posted to the web site within one week following that meeting.All documents are provided in Adobe PDF format unless otherwise indicated. The Board of Trustees will hear communication from the public on matters that are not on the agenda. Under provisions of the Brown Act, the Board is prohibited from discussing or taking action on oral requests that are not part of the agenda. Comments are limited to no more than three minutes per person. If you would like to make comments to the Board during the Public Communication, please download and fill out the "Public Comment" card and turn it in to the Board Secretary prior to the Board meeting.
