Board Agendas are available for public viewing one week prior to the meeting date. Agendas for special meetings called on short notice may not be available. The Board's minutes are available the month following the regular meeting after the Board has approved the minutes. For example, the minutes for January's meeting are approved at the February meeting and posted to the web site within one week following that meeting.

Presidential Award Nominations

The Board of Trustees will hear communication from the public on matters that are not on the agenda. Under provisions of the Brown Act, the Board is prohibited from discussing or taking action on oral requests that are not part of the agenda. Comments are limited to no more than three minutes per person. If you would like to make comments to the Board during the Public Communication, please download and fill out the "Public Comment" card and turn it in to the Board Secretary prior to the Board meeting.

It is the intention of Mt. San Antonio College to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act in all respects. Any person with a disability may request that an agenda be made available in an appropriate alternative format.
