Research help online and in-person at Mt. SAC Library

Hello Mt. SAC students,

Welcome to spring semester! As you get settled into your classes and assignments don’t forget how the Mt. SAC Library can support you. The library offers online and in-person research support and has a diverse collection of resources for your next assignment.

Here are 5 ways you can get flexible, fun research help online and in-person!

  • Need textbooks? – We have some course textbooks. Use OneSearch to determine if the library has your class textbook for 2-hour use in the reserve collection. Ask us for help.
  • Chat with a Librarian – Get quick answers 24/7.
  • Research Appointments – Get individual research help in-person or on zoom.
  • Research Workshops – Learn research strategies and techniques, in person, live on zoom, or self-paced in Canvas.
  • Credit Library Classes – Take a library class to get more in-depth knowledge of library research and methods. Classes are UC and CSU transferable.

Visit our library How-to page for library how-to videos and handouts. We are in bldg. 6-North.
