IS A 3 UNIT CLASS DESIGNED TO TEACH YOU HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY BUILD YOUR OWN INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS LIFESTYLE.

The course content is a combination of learning the fundamental principles and components of a wellness and fitness program, coupled with applying this knowledge by building a scientifically sound and personally enjoyable, rewarding healthy lifestyle!!

My name is Jim Merrill. I have been an adjunct instructor in the Kinesiology for 25 years. I teach two other courses- Physiology of Exercise for Fitness (Kin 38) in the fall, and Administration of Fitness Programs- (Kin 15) in the spring.
