      Mt SAC’s Culinary Arts Degree program couples real-world experience running a student-run restaurant and bakery with the critical thinking and communication skills necessary for long-term career success. Students gain both front-of-house and back-of-house experience through required, on-site work experience rotations. Completed in 2018, the restaurant and bakery feature state of the art kitchens. Mt SAC’s faculty includes professionals with extensive experience running their own restaurants. No matter what your experience level is, Mt. SAC can prepare for a rewarding culinary career.
    • Tuition & Fees (Estimated)

      The following table provides an estimated student cost for enrolling in the cohort program. The tuition costs are based on the college’s current tuition rates of $46/unit for in-state students and $287/unit tuition + $46/unit enrollment fee for out-of-state/non-resident students.

      Note: Tuition costs will be lower for students who may have already completed any course that is a part of the culinary arts certificate.
