Students may request an official copy of their Mt. San Antonio College transcript by filling out a Transcript Request form at the Office of Admissions and Records or by mailing a written request. Requests can not be made by phone, over the internet, or via email as a student's signature is required in order to release confidential information.

Students receive the first two sets of transcripts free. After that, a $2.00 fee is charged for each additional official transcript. Please allow 5 - 10 working days to process your request. The Admissions Office will not fax official copies of transcripts. Transcripts sent to a residence will be individually sealed.

Unofficial copies of transcripts are available at no charge from the Advising Office, located on the upper floor of the Student Services Center, or from the campus KIOSKS. Students may also access their records via the web at http://my.mtsac.edu

If you have problems downloading the request form, write a letter to the Admissions Office. In your letter you will need to include your name, Student ID, date of birth, approximate dates of attendance, your current mailing address, any other addresses to which transcripts are to be sent, and sign your letter. Remember to include the transcript fee.
