Josh Cabrera

Joshua Cabrera is a Professor of Physics at Mt. San Antonio College. He graduated with an M.S. in Applied Physics from Columbia University in 2017 after attending the University of California, Irvine. His research background consists largely of numerical analysis and magnetic diagnostics in plasma physics, most often in the realm of fusion energy generation in tokamak experiments. He has also done work in cosmological Monte Carlo simulation. Born and raised in California's San Gabriel Valley, he loves puzzles, games, movies, and picking things apart with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys live music and plays a few instruments!
