Matthew Munro

Matt Munro has been a professor in the Mathematics and Computer Science Department at Mt. SAC since 1998.

 

I would like to give you a small glimpse of my online class structure, so that you know what to expect in my class.

 

In my Spring 2021 Math 71 + Math 7 class: This is a corequisite class, which means there is an extra 2 unit portion designed to give extra support in various aspects of the class. We will only be using Canvas for Math 71.

My class is synchronous, which means we will meet on Zoom: Monday, Wednesday. A working webcam is strongly recommended, and you are expected to participate via Zoom Chat, Speaking, Breakout Rooms. Lecture recordings will be posted. Blank lecture notes will be posted. Access to the textbook, whether a physical or digital copy, is required for homework problems. Homework assignments will be in the form of Worksheets and Textbook Problems. Homework assignments will generally be due Monday, Wednesday. All exams will be in the form of PDF Uploads, Canvas Quizzes. Exams will be conducted during class time.
