Dear Campus Community,

As the end of the 2023-24 fiscal year approaches, preparations are underway for the 2024-25 fiscal year. Fiscal Services and IT will be collaborating to prepare Banner for the processing of 2024-25 financial transactions. Consequently, Banner Administrative Pages and Banner Self Service (SSB) will be unavailable from Sunday, June 30, 2024, at 5:00 PM, until Monday, July 1, 2024, at 11:00 AM.

What does this mean to you?

The following services will be unavailable during this period:
  1. Banner Administrative Pages
  2. Faculty/Staff Self Service (including Benefits, Pay Stubs, Final Grades, Class Roster, etc.)
  3. Student Self Service (including Online Payment, Registration, Grades, etc.) The following systems/applications will remain operational during year end closing:
  4. Argos
  5. Canvas
  6. Email
  7. Etrieve by Softdocs
  8. Smartsheet
  9. EAB Navigate
  10. Office 365 Services
  11. Campus Phone System and Phone Extensions

Although our goal is to perform the required maintenance within the scheduled timeframe, sometimes unexpected things happen. The projected system down time is an estimate based on tests simulated in our non-production environments. If additional time is required, an updated announcement(s) will be sent out via campus email.
