Sexual Harassment and Unlawful Discrimination Cases (January 1, 2019 – February 29, 2020)

  • 29 Unlawful Discrimination Complaints (zero substantiated)
  • 99 Sexual Harassment Complaints (nine substantiated)

15 Title IX Cases heard through Student Life (January 1, 2019 – February 29, 2020)

  • Nine students were found responsible for violating Board policy, resulting in:
    • One educational sanction;
    • One suspension; and
    • Seven suspensions w/educational sanction(s).
  • Six students were not found responsible for violating Board policy, they were provided with Title IX resources and Standards of Conduct education
  • Zero Title IX Expulsions

Reported VAWA Crimes

  • Two Rapes
  • Three Dating Violence Cases
  • Two Stalking Cases
  • Zero Domestic Violence or Hate/Bias Crimes
