Various activities, presentations, and workshops intended to improve student health and wellness are available every semester at Mt. SAC. Our specialized events, presented by Student Health Services professionals, lay the groundwork for improving behavioral practices, spark motivation, and encourage interaction and discussion.
Check back regularly for updates and information related to Health Services.
