Join us in welcoming author, activist, artist, and poet, Sandra Cisneros to Mt. SAC. Cisneros is an author whose work explores the lives of the working-class. Her work investigates cultural hybridity, identity, and economic inequality that has endowed her with unique stories to tell.

Dr. Seth Meyers returns with an in-depth dialogue all about relationships. Learn some mental approaches about how to prevent arguments and stop conflicts once they've started with a Q&A to follow. Get all of your relationship questions answered!
Discover what self care can be. Experience a session and participate in mindfulness activities with fellow students to improve overall well-being. Learn practical ideas to carry with you: practicing meditation, mindfulness, and breath work. Walk away with tools that may help you cope with everyday pressures and stress of school and life.
Beginner's yoga is being offered on campus now! Move at your own pace and get stronger at the same time. Connecting to your mind and body using your breath to flow through yoga can help reduce stress, increase mental focus, improve mood, and support better sleep. It's simple, fun, and educational at any level. Bring your own mat or use one that will be provided.
