RAD 72  Computed Tomography Physics and Instrumentation

Comprehensive study of computed tomography physics and instrumentation. Students will develop a foundational understanding of x-ray production, radiation protection, image formation and quality, and data acquisition systems. The course also covers informatics, quality control, and emerging technologies in computed tomography (CT).
