Focuses on the creative process of identifying, evaluating, and solving interior function and marketing problems. Includes research and analysis of end-user, Real Estate Agent, and renter needs, space requirements, existing architectural elements, and site conditions. Portfolio pieces will be produced. Field trips may be required.
