Thank you for participating in the 7th annual LLR Division Retreat on January 29, 2016. For those who were unable to attend, you were missed! We hope the information you find here will be useful to you in participating with your units as they decide "what next" will come of the ideas they generated in the activities on retreat day.

Here are templates for the activity we completed at the LLR Retreat this year. This activity focuses on identifying an issue encountered in your unit's workflow where a bottleneck is encountered, or otherwise identifying a goal on which your team would like to work. Answers to questions are then plugged into a "MadLibs"-type research statement to help state the objective and the method by which your team will approach it, and how you will collect information to see if your attempted solution helped.
