We have a number of services to keep students healthy and well so they can focus on their studies with as few worries as possible. Read more about health and wellness below.

Student Health Center

Our on-campus Student Health Center helps keep students physically and emotionally healthy by providing licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, counselors, and nurses to evaluate and treat minor, temporary physical and emotional conditions that require short-term care. Wellness and Gym

The Exercise Science & Wellness Center is a gym and diagnostic training center available to Mt. SAC students, staff, and faculty. The Wellness Center offers aerobics classes (including yoga) and exercise equipment (like treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, stair-masters, rowing machines, and much more). Our Wellness Center webpage has information on the different classes available, hours, and how to sign up.
