"You don't have many opportunities to actually save someone's life. It was a very profound experience for me becoming a bone marrow donor.

My recipient was a young man and father of three. He is still doing well today.

It's hard to believe I had that impact on his life. And for me, it was a surprisingly easy process for such a meaningful result."
