The Child Development Center serves and employs an ethnically diverse population.
The link between home and school is strengthened when every individual and culture
is respected and valued, with open communication at the forefront of interpersonal
and professional relationships between staff, children, and parents.

Additionally, in each of our classrooms children are able to see themselves and
their families reflected in our environment in culturally diverse/relevant books,
dramatic play props, puzzles, dolls, music and other materials from children's
homes are welcomed and integrated into the classroom environment.
