Our faculty are dedicated to ensuring that students who attend our program receive solid practical skills that would prepare them for success in the real world as employees, managers, or entrepreneurs.  Our program has a mandatory internship component, emphasizes capstone projects, and promotes high standards.

Accelerated Curriculum

We realize that many students face challenges in being able to find the classes that they need in order to graduate or transfer in a timely manner.  That is why we in the HRM program at Mt. SAC do our best to offer core classes to students on a rotational basis.

Dedicated fill-time students in the Nutrition and Food program are typically able to complete their core required subjects within one year, and earn certificates within two years.  Individual certificates can be earned in as little as one semester.
