Stretch and Tone/Dance Conditioning (Ages Teen/Adult)
Want to get fit fast? This is an intense stretch and tone class packed with various exercises structured to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and increase circulation. Open to all ages and levels. This class will improve your overall body proportion, beneficial to dancers or the health conscious.
Beginning Belly Dance
Become acquainted with the ancient art of Belly Dance. Stretching exercises, dance specific movements and use of finger cymbals and veil are all taught.
Intermediate Belly Dance
Admission to class with instructor's permission. Intermediate skill levels developed including zill proficiency. More choreography and performance techniques.
Jazz Dance (Teen/Adult)
Learn Jazz technique, rountines, tricks, turns and various skills. Gain strength, flexability, coordination and musicality.
Hip Hop/Funk/Street (Teen/Adult)
Love to dance? A high-energy fun class to teach the current hip dance styles accompanied by R & B, Rap and Pop oriented music. Look like your favorite artist in their latest music video. Gain confidence, musicality, coordination and a sense of style through self-expression.
Ballet and Tap (Teen/Adult)
We will alternate the two dance techniques weekly. Ballet technique is taught through barre work and center floor focusing on body placement. Excite your toes through tap dancing, learning fun combinations and precision while gaining rhythm, coordination and confidence. It's never too late to start dancing!

Salsa Dancing: Basic
This program is an introduction to the basics of Salsa dancing in an easy and fun way just as they are being taught at dance studios, workshops, and local Salsa clubs in L.A. Participants will learn a basic introduction to the rhythm of the music (breaking on ONE) in slow, medium and fast tempos as well as the basic steps and turns used at popular Salsa clubs and events. We will be practicing the steps in “free style” (with no partner) and with partners. We will be rotating partners during practice so everyone will get a chance to dance with everyone in the group. At the end of the course, we will have learned a simple but fun combination that will help you “blend in” at your next Salsa event.
