"Swine Flu" / H1N1
Since the spring, the United States has been experiencing
a flu pandemic known as H1N1 (formerly "swine flu".) With fall upon
us, Mt. SAC prepares to face not only H1N1 but also seasonal flu.
College officials
are taking precautions necessary to help prevent the possible spread of flu.
If you are concerned about your health, please do not hesitate to contact the
Health Center at ext. 4400. You can also stay informed through CDC web site updates.
Through the use of good hygiene practices, you can help keep yourself
well. We will continue to monitor this situation and keep the college community
advised of developments.
