$5,000 - $83,399 $5,000 - $44,999 3 written quotes on vendor’s letterhead. A Field Service Agreement is issued for all construction services under $44,999.
NA $45,000 - $175,000 Informal Bid Process:  Specifications prepared, notice for informal sealed bids issued, evaluation and selction of lowest responsive & responsible bid, then contract and PO issued.
 $83,400 or more  $175,000 or more Formal Bid Process:  Advertisement placed, formal bid issued, evaluation and Board approval of lowest responsive, responsible bid, then contract and PO issued.
