If you’ve taken a hiatus from Mt.
SAC for at least two consecutive semesters, you will have
to enroll again as a Returning Student. Simply file a
new Application for Admission. We will always maintain
records of the classes you’ve taken at Mt. SAC.
However, if you brought transcripts from another school,
those records may have been purged and duplicates may
be required.
You will not be required to repeat orientation
or take the placement test, unless three or more years
have passed since your last test. We encourage you to
see one of our counselors and advisors to help you get
back on track and develop your educational plan.
Students transferring from another
college must go through the same enrollment process as
New
Students, including
placement and orientation.
