Each person enrolled or applying for admission to Mt. San Antonio College will, for the purposes of admission and/or tuition, be classified as a "resident" or a "nonresident." An Out-of-State Student is one who has not resided in the state for more than one year prior to the residency determination date and who has not established legal residence or who is eligible to establish California residency for tuition purposes.
