REFUNDS

If we cancel a class, a refund will be processed automatically. No service fee will be charged. Student-initiated refunds must be requested at least three days before the first day of class. A service fee of $10 will be assessed for each refund.

If you are unable to attend class due to a verifiable emergency, you must request a refund in writing, addressed to the Assistant Vice President of the Community and Noncredit Education Division. Those who attend class or any portion thereof, will not receive a refund.

Refund requests must be postmarked within three days of the first day of class. You will receive your refund in the mail within three to five weeks.
