You can get certified to use Moodlerooms anytime. Take our online, self-paced Moodlerooms course. To sign up for this course, go to the POD Calendar and click on the listing  in the last calendar day of any month! (You do not have to wait for the last day of the month to begin the course, it is self-paced.) More info here
