Public Safety Exercise Wednesday

A planned realistic active shooter exercise will be held on campus on Wednesday, June 20, from 8:30 to 10:45 a.m. near Buildings 26D and 28.

Mt. SAC Police and Campus Safety is conducting the exercise jointly with units from the Los Angeles County Fire Department and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The three agencies are practicing the use of a Rescue Task Force. 

The community should avoid the area and are asked not to call 911 related to activity in that area. Employee and student parking lots D will be inaccessible until after the exercise concludes.
