Lewd Behavior Arrest
On Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at about 9 a.m, Public Safety officers detained a man in parking Lot F for suspicion of lewd behavior. Two students walking to class, and an employee walking to work, saw the suspect behaving suspiciously inside his car and immediately reported it to Public Safety.
Music Department Student Showcase
On May 21, the Music Department will be holding the student show case at 2:00p.m. in the Recital Hall. Students will showcase their talents as soloists, duets, and ensembles.

On May 21, the Mt. SAC Dance Program will be holding their Spring Dance Concert in the Sophia Clarke Theater at 2:00p.m. The Mt. SAC dance students will showcase original work by student choreographers, including a variety of contemporary and modern dance styles.

Mt. SAC will honor 20 Students of Distinction at its annual awards ceremony and luncheon on Saturday, May 13 at 11:30 a.m. at the Pacific Palms Resort, 1 Industry Hills Parkway, in the City of Industry.
Mt. SAC Student Named to All-USA Team
Mt. SAC honor student Anna Badillo has been selected as one of 20 students from across the country to be named to the 2017 All-USA Community College Academic Team by Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), the international community college honor society. She was selected from more than 1,800 nominations.
