Mt. SAC Buys Ag District Building

Mt. SAC recently bought the 48th District Agricultural Association building (F10) for $420,000.
The college entered into a ground lease agreement with the 48th Agricultural District in 2001. Mt. SAC owns the property, and the Agricultural District owns the 2,900-square-foot building, which is located in the farm area.
The college may use the facility for office space.
