Make sure you are following the password requirements:
Make sure you are using a password that hasn't been used in the last 10 times.
Make sure to type your new password carefully to ensure it is typed as you intended.

You will be in Moodlerooms shortly after you register for the course. However, your professor must activate the course and make it available before you can access it. Usually this happens on the first day of classes. Click here for a list of classes that are activated and “available” to access in Moodlerooms.

If you are having difficulties accessing myportal.mtsac.edu and need access to Moodlerooms, then we encourage you to contact helpdesk@mtsac.edu. If it is determined that the portal is actually down, it is possible to access Moodlerooms directly by going to the following link: https://mtsac.mrooms.net/. Your login information is the same as the Mt. SAC portal login information.
Keep in mind that it is not recommended to use this as the primary method of accessing Moodlerooms, and you should always attempt to access Moodlerooms through myportal.mtsac.edu first before attempting this method.

The recommended web browswer for both Windows and Mac users is Mozilla Firefox and we encourage you to keep your web brower up-to-date to the latest version. Other web browsers such as Chrome and Safari are supported, but Firefox is the one we recommend using for Moodlerooms interaction. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer for Moodlerooms interaction.
